1. About WildAccess
WildAccess is an online platform operated by WildAccess (business address: Hiukkamäentie 10, 32700 Huittinen, Finland) that connects outdoor enthusiasts with private hunting, fishing, and outdoor areas in Finland. By accessing or using this platform you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
To purchase permits or make bookings you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a permit or booking is confirmed and the permit code has been issued, the purchase is final. Refunds may be granted at WildAccess's discretion in exceptional circumstances — please contact info@wildaccess.fi.
For membership applications, payment is collected at the time of application. If the board rejects your application, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
Free cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience starts. A full refund will be issued with no cancellation fees.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before start): No refund will be issued. The provider is compensated for the reserved time.
No-show: No refund will be issued.
4.2 Provider Cancellations
Providers (guides) may cancel bookings only for valid reasons: unsafe weather conditions, safety risks, illness or emergency, or force majeure circumstances.
The following are not valid reasons: low participant numbers, schedule changes for convenience, or double bookings due to poor management.
If a provider cancels, the customer will receive a 100% refund, an option to reschedule, and priority support. WildAccess may also offer a discount on a future booking.
Frequent provider cancellations may result in reduced search visibility, warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform.
4.3 Changes & Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Providers may only reschedule with the customer's agreement — rescheduling cannot be forced.
4.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. Processing time is 3–7 business days depending on the customer's bank.
4.5 Weather Policy
Light rain or normal weather variations do not qualify for cancellation. Only genuinely unsafe conditions justify a provider cancellation. The decision rests with the provider, with safety as the priority.
4.6 Platform Responsibility
WildAccess facilitates bookings, handles payments, and supports dispute resolution. WildAccess is not responsible for weather conditions, natural variations in experiences, or customer expectations beyond the service description.
4.7 Disputes
If a dispute arises, contact us at support@wildaccess.fi. Cases are reviewed individually with fair resolution as the priority.

5. Permits and Bookings
A permit or booking is valid only for the dates, areas, and species specified at the time of purchase. Permits are non-transferable. You must carry your permit code (received by email) when using the area. WildAccess and area owners reserve the right to verify permits on-site.
Exceeding the quota, hunting or fishing without a valid permit, or misusing permit codes may result in permanent account suspension and legal action under Finnish law.
6. Membership
Membership applications are reviewed by the club board. Acceptance is at the board's sole discretion. Membership fees are charged annually. Failure to renew results in membership expiration. Members must abide by club rules at all times.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Share or resell permit codes to third parties
- Provide false information during registration or booking
- Harass or harm other users, landowners, or animals
- Damage property within permitted areas
- Attempt to circumvent platform security or payment systems
8. Language of Service
Providers on WildAccess may list their areas in one or more languages. By booking a service listed in a specific language, you are entitled to expect that the experience will be delivered in that language at a reasonable level.
If a Provider fails to deliver the service in the language stated in their listing, you may contact WildAccess at info@wildaccess.fi to raise a complaint. WildAccess is not responsible for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising from differences between language versions of a listing, but will investigate complaints in good faith.
9. Additional Services from Providers
Providers may offer optional additional services or products outside the original booking (e.g. processed fish, meat, extended time, or other extras). These services are separate from the booking made through WildAccess.
You should be aware that:
- such services are optional and require your explicit consent before being provided
- pricing for additional services must be disclosed to you clearly in advance
- additional services may be invoiced directly to you by the Provider
- WildAccess is not a party to these transactions and does not process or guarantee such payments
- WildAccess assumes no liability for the quality, legality, or delivery of additional services
If you believe a Provider has charged hidden or unexpected fees, or failed to obtain your consent, you may report this to info@wildaccess.fi. WildAccess may take action including suspension or removal of the Provider from the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
WildAccess acts as an intermediary platform. Area owners are responsible for the condition and safety of their land. WildAccess is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or loss occurring during the use of permitted areas. Users participate in outdoor activities entirely at their own risk. 11. Intellectual Property
All content on WildAccess — including text, logos, images, and software — is owned by WildAccess or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Satakunta (Satakunnan käräjäoikeus), Finland.
