How to List a Location or Service
Everything you need to know to get your area or guide service live on WildAccess.
Overview
WildAccess is a marketplace for outdoor access in Finland. As a provider you can list hunting areas, fishing waters, or guided experiences and receive bookings and payments automatically.
The process from sign-up to a live listing takes as little as 24–48 hours, depending on how quickly you complete identity verification and upload documents.
Requirements before you start
- ✓You must be at least 18 years old.
- ✓You must hold the legal right to grant access to the land (ownership or a valid agreement with the owner).
- ✓For hunting and fishing areas: you must hold the required Finnish hunting/fishing rights for the land.
- ✓For guided services: you must hold valid public liability insurance (vastuuvakuutus).
- ✓A valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID card) for identity verification.
Step 1 – Apply as a provider
Create or log in to your WildAccess account
Go to wildaccess.fi and register or log in with your email address. WildAccess uses magic-link login — you will receive a sign-in link by email, no password needed.
Open the provider application
Click "Provider" in the top navigation bar, or go directly to /provider/rekisteroidy. If you are already logged in and approved, you will be taken to your provider dashboard instead.
Fill in your basic information
Enter your nationality and date of birth (or Finnish business ID / y-tunnus if listing as a company).
Confirm ownership and insurance
Check the declaration boxes confirming that (a) you have the legal right to grant access to your areas, and (b) you hold valid liability insurance. These are legal declarations — only submit if both are true.
Submit your application
Click "Submit application". Your application status will change to Pending. The WildAccess team reviews applications within 1–2 business days.
Step 2 – Identity verification
To protect buyers and comply with Finnish law, WildAccess requires identity verification before your listing goes live.
Tier 2 – Document upload
After your application is approved, you will be prompted to upload a scan or clear photo of a government-issued ID (passport, EU national ID, or Finnish driver's licence). The document must be valid and show your full name and date of birth.
Tier 3 – Insurance certificate (guide services only)
If you are listing a guided service, you must also upload your public liability insurance certificate (vastuuvakuutustodistus). The policy must cover the type of activity and the dates of your listing.
Verification review
WildAccess staff review submitted documents within 1 business day. You will be notified by email when verification is complete. Listings cannot go live until verification passes.
Step 3 – List a location
Once your provider account is approved and verified, navigate to your Provider Dashboard → New listing → List a location.
Choose area type
Select whether your area is a Fishing area or Hunting area. This determines which fields and permit types are shown.
Enter area details
- •Area name – a clear, descriptive name visible to buyers.
- •Description – describe the area, what makes it special, what to expect.
- •Address, postal code, and city – used to place the area on the map and in location searches.
- •Latitude / Longitude – can be entered manually or picked on the interactive map. Accurate coordinates are required.
- •Rules / instructions – fishing rules, hunting restrictions, access instructions, and any local requirements.
- •Property identifier (optional) – the official Finnish property ID (kiinteistötunnus, e.g. 540-1-1-1) for land registry reference.
- •Map link (optional) – a link to a custom map (e.g. Google Maps) of the area boundary.
Set guest instructions
Enter the instructions that will be sent to buyers after a confirmed booking. Include access codes, gate combinations, meeting points, parking instructions, and what to bring. This text is only shared with confirmed buyers.
Add hunting species (hunting areas only)
Select all game species that may be hunted on your area. This information is shown on your listing and helps buyers find the right area.
Add permits / products
- •Click "Add another permit" to create your first permit type.
- •Permit name – e.g. "Day Permit – Perch & Pike" or "Weekend Hunting Permit".
- •Permit type – Day, Weekend, Week, Season, or Annual.

- •Quota (optional) – leave blank for unlimited sales, or enter a number to cap how many permits can be sold.
- •Repeat for each permit type you want to offer.
Review your listing
The review step shows a summary of all the information you have entered. Check everything carefully — especially coordinates, permit prices, and instructions. You can go back to edit any step.
Upload photos
Upload at least 2 photos of your area. Clear, attractive photos significantly increase bookings. You can upload up to 8 photos. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Each photo should be at least 1000 × 600 px.

Step 4 – WildAccess review
All new listings (locations and services) are manually reviewed by the WildAccess team before they go live. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
We check that the listing description is accurate and complete, photos are appropriate, permit pricing is reasonable, and there are no policy violations.
If anything needs to be corrected, you will receive an email with specific feedback and your listing will remain in Pending status. Update the listing and resubmit.
Once approved, your listing status changes to Live and it becomes visible to buyers immediately.
Step 5 – Go live & get bookings
- →When your listing is Live, buyers can find it through the area grid pages, the location search, and regional landing pages.
- →You will receive an email notification for every confirmed booking, along with the buyer's details.
- →You can view all your bookings in the Provider Dashboard → Bookings.
- →Manage your listing at any time from Provider Dashboard → My Areas (or My Guide Services). You can edit details, adjust prices, add permits, and update photos.
- →To temporarily hide a listing, use the Archive button. Archived listings are not visible to buyers but are not deleted. You can restore them at any time.
Payouts
Payouts are processed via Stripe. Before receiving your first payout you must connect your bank account through the Stripe onboarding flow in Provider Dashboard → Set up payouts.
WildAccess deducts a platform commission from each booking. The commission rate is displayed during the provider onboarding and in your dashboard.
Payouts are sent automatically after each confirmed booking via Stripe Connect, typically within 2–7 business days depending on your bank.
A detailed breakdown of earnings is available in Provider Dashboard → Earnings.
Providers who join and get their first listing live before the end of April 2026 benefit from a reduced commission rate.
