Interested in listing your area on WildAccess?
Contact us at info@wildaccess.fi to get started. We will review your area and set up your provider account.
1. Who Is a Provider?
A “Provider” is any individual or legal entity that lists a hunting area, fishing water, or other outdoor area on the WildAccess platform and grants buyers access to that area via permits or bookings sold through the platform.
2. Eligibility
To list on WildAccess, you must:
- Be the landowner or hold the legal right to grant access to the area
- Have any required Finnish permits for organised hunting or fishing on your land
- Provide accurate descriptions, rules, and boundaries for your area
- Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts via Stripe Connect
- Be at least 18 years old or represent a registered organisation
3. Listing Your Area
You provide WildAccess with area details including name, description, location (GPS coordinates), access rules, capacity limits, and pricing. WildAccess reserves the right to review, edit for clarity, or decline any listing.
You are responsible for ensuring your listing is accurate and up to date. If access to your area becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, you must notify WildAccess immediately so bookings can be cancelled and buyers refunded.
4. Commission and Payouts
WildAccess charges a platform commission on each transaction. Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect after each confirmed booking. Earn lower commissions as you grow!
WildAccess will issue you a monthly settlement statement. You are responsible for declaring your income and paying applicable taxes under Finnish law.
5. Permit Verification
Buyers receive a unique permit code by email. You or your representatives may verify codes on-site. WildAccess provides a verification method for authorised providers. You must not grant access to individuals who cannot present a valid code.
6. Area Safety and Maintenance
You are solely responsible for the safety and condition of your area. This includes:
- Maintaining any infrastructure (blinds, docks, fencing) in safe condition
- Posting clear boundary markings and any area-specific safety notices
- Ensuring the area is free of known hazards at the time of each permitted access
- Complying with all applicable Finnish laws regarding land use and public access
WildAccess accepts no liability for incidents occurring in your area. You are strongly advised to hold appropriate public liability insurance.
7. Reviews
Buyers who have purchased access through WildAccess may leave a public review. WildAccess will not remove honest reviews, even if negative. Fraudulent or abusive reviews may be removed at WildAccess's discretion. Providers may contact info@wildaccess.fi to report a review they believe violates this policy.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the provider relationship with 30 days written notice. Active bookings at the time of termination must be honoured or buyers refunded in full. WildAccess may immediately suspend a listing if it receives credible reports of safety issues, fraud, or legal violations.
9. Multi-Language Listings
Providers may create listings in one or more languages. By publishing a listing in a specific language, the Provider confirms that:
- they are able to communicate with customers in that language, and
- they are capable of delivering the service in that language at a reasonable level.
The Provider is responsible for ensuring that all language versions of the listing are accurate and consistent, and that no material differences exist between language versions that could mislead customers. WildAccess is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or misunderstandings arising from language differences.
Customers are entitled to expect that the experience will be delivered in the language(s) stated in the listing. Failure to do so may result in customer complaints, refund or compensation claims, or restrictions and removal from the platform.
10. Additional Services and Invoicing
Providers may offer additional services or products outside the original booking (e.g. processed fish, meat, extended time, or extra services), provided that such services are optional, clearly communicated to the customer, and the customer gives explicit consent before the service is provided.
Any additional services not included in the original booking price may be invoiced directly by the Provider to the customer. WildAccess is not a party to such transactions, does not process or guarantee these payments, and assumes no liability related to these additional charges.
The Provider agrees to:
- disclose pricing for additional services clearly in advance
- avoid hidden fees or unexpected charges
- comply with applicable consumer protection laws
Failure to comply may result in disputes or refund claims, or suspension or removal from the platform.
11. Legal and Regulatory Compliance for Additional Sales
The Provider is solely responsible for:
- complying with all applicable laws related to invoicing, taxation, and sales
- issuing invoices where required by law
- ensuring that any sale of goods (e.g. meat, fish) complies with local regulations
WildAccess does not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance related to additional sales.
12. Limitation of Liability for Additional Services
WildAccess shall not be held liable for:
- disputes arising from additional services or payments made outside the platform
- quality, legality, or delivery of such services
- any damages resulting from agreements made directly between Provider and customer
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Satakunta.
