To ensure every participant enjoys both fishing experiences, the group is divided into two smaller groups on the first day. On day two, the groups switch locations, allowing everyone to fish both Lake Ähtärinjärvi and the famous Ohrakoski rapids.

Day 1 – Lake & River Fishing
8:00–9:30 AM – Breakfast

Group 1 – Spin Fishing on Lake Ähtärinjärvi
Spend the day exploring the productive waters of Lake Ähtärinjärvi, targeting Northern Pike and Zander using modern spin fishing techniques.

Group 2 – River Fishing at Ohrakoski
Fish the clear waters of Ohrakoski, one of the area's best river fishing destinations, where the primary target species is Rainbow Trout.

5:00 PM – Return
After a full day on the water, return to your accommodation.
8:00–10:00 PM – Finnish Sauna & Dinner

Day 2 – Swap Fishing Destinations
8:00–9:30 AM – Breakfast
9:30 AM – Check-out
10:00 AM – Departure
The groups swap destinations to experience the second fishing environment.
- Yesterday's lake anglers head to Ohrakoski.
- Yesterday's river anglers fish Lake Ähtärinjärvi.
The day's schedule remains the same:

- Fishing ends at approximately 5:00 PM
After returning, everyone gathers once more at Vanha Pappila Hetki for coffee and a relaxed farewell. It's the perfect opportunity to celebrate memorable catches, exchange stories, and reflect on an unforgettable fishing weekend.
