About This Experience
The white-tailed deer was introduced to Finland in the 1930s and found its ideal home in the Loimaa basin — rolling clay-rich farmland broken by dense spruce. Today the local herds number in the thousands. Our guide operates 3,200 hectares of exclusive private hunting land. Morning hunts from elevated stands overlooking feeding fields are the most productive; afternoon stalks through forest edges offer a more active experience. Both rifle and bow hunting are possible (bow season starts in August; rifle from September). Guest hunters are met at Loimaa station and transported to the estate.
