WildAccess – Acceptance of booking and participation terms

By accepting these terms and completing a booking I confirm that I have read and understood the following:

1. I understand WildAccess’s role

I understand that WildAccess operates primarily as a digital platform through which service providers offer hunting, fishing, nature, guided and other outdoor services.

The provider of the relevant service or area is responsible for delivering the service itself, unless the service description expressly states otherwise.

2. I have reviewed the service description

I confirm that I have reviewed the service description, any participation requirements, safety instructions, cancellation terms, price, schedule and other service-related information before making the booking.

3. I understand the risks of being in nature

I understand that hunting, fishing, hiking, moving in terrain, being on water and other activities carried out in natural environments involve ordinary risks.

These may include, for example:

  • slips, falls and other accidents
  • changing weather conditions
  • uneven terrain
  • changes in natural conditions
  • hazards related to animals or the environment
  • risks related to the use of equipment

4. I commit to acting safely

I commit to:

  • following the safety instructions given
  • following the instructions of the guide and the service provider
  • using any required protective equipment
  • behaving responsibly towards other participants, landowners, animals and the environment
  • discontinuing my participation if I am unable to participate safely

5. I confirm that I am fit to participate

I confirm that my health, physical condition and skills are adequate for completing the booked service safely.

I commit to informing the service provider of any health or other matters that may significantly affect safety, where they are relevant to the delivery of the service.

6. Permits and rights

I confirm that I either have or will obtain, before the service begins, all permits, fees, rights or qualifications required by applicable law or by the service provider.

I understand that a booking made through WildAccess or any related confirmation code does not automatically substitute for permits required by an authority, landowner, holder of fishing rights or any other party, unless the service description expressly states otherwise.

7. I comply with laws and regulations

I commit to complying with all applicable laws, official regulations, hunting and fishing rules, safety regulations and area-specific terms.

8. I am responsible for my own equipment and property

I am responsible for my own personal gear, equipment and property, unless the service description states otherwise.

9. The service may be changed for safety reasons

I understand that the service provider or the guide may have the right to change, reschedule, suspend or cancel the service due to safety, weather, official or other justified reasons.

Any refunds are determined by the service’s cancellation terms.

10. Liability for damages

I understand that I am personally liable for damages I cause intentionally or through negligence to other participants, the service provider, the landowner, WildAccess or third parties.

Nothing in these terms restricts consumer rights granted by law, nor does it remove the liability of the service provider or WildAccess to the extent that the limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

11. Sharing of contact information

I understand that, in order to fulfil the booking, WildAccess may share with the service provider the personal data that is necessary for arranging the service.

Data is processed in accordance with the WildAccess privacy policy.

12. Acceptance of these terms

I confirm that I have read these terms, understand their content and accept them before making the booking.

Your rights

Beyond the terms above, we guarantee the following rights:

  • You can cancel your booking free of charge up to at least 48 hours before the service starts.
  • If the guide or service provider does not arrive within 30 minutes of the booked start time, you are entitled to a 100% refund to your original payment method.
  • You can report a no-show from your account page within 14 days of the booking. The WildAccess team verifies the report and the refund is issued automatically once confirmed.
  • WildAccess sanctions providers who repeatedly fail to deliver: a third confirmed no-show report results in the provider being automatically suspended from the platform.
