Live Fishing in Tammisaari – See the fish before the bite
Want to see how a fish reacts to your lure in real time? Live fishing is one of the most modern and effective forms of fishing, where Garmin LiveScope technology takes you beneath the surface into the world of the fish. On this guided fishing trip, you don't just fish – you follow the fish's behaviour live on the sonar screen and learn how to entice active predator fish into striking. Every cast is precisely targeted, every reaction of the fish is visible and every bite is especially rewarding. Each year, our Live Fishing trips produce numerous big fish. The catches regularly break the trophy mark, which is 80 cm for zander and 100 cm for pike. This is a form of fishing for those who want to develop their skills, learn something new and go after the fish of a lifetime. What is Live Fishing? With the Garmin LiveScope sonar, we locate the fish on screen in real time, after which they are fished for precisely using various lures and techniques. You see for yourself how a fish approaches the lure, follows it or makes that decisive strike. Live fishing offers a unique opportunity to understand fish behaviour in a way that traditional cast fishing cannot. During the day, you'll learn to read the sonar, recognise the fish's movements and choose the right lures and presentation techniques for different situations. Why choose the full-day trip? We recommend the 7-hour Live Fishing trip so that you truly get to grips with the secrets of this effective form of fishing. During the day, you'll have time to practise using the sonar, improve your casting accuracy and learn to recognise fish behaviour in different conditions. When a well-placed cast lands in the live beam, an active fish responds to the lure and a big zander or pike strikes from the mid-water, moments are created that stay with you for a long time. Results that speak for themselves Live fishing has also produced significant successes in competitions. For example, the biggest zander of the Happy Angler Challenger 2024 competition was caught using this very fishing method from our guide's boat. Success is no accident – years of experience, local knowledge and modern technology create the best possible conditions for going after big fish.

Pike Fly Fishing in Tammisaari – The Most Explosive Surface Strikes
Few forms of fishing offer moments as exhilarating as pike fly fishing. When a big pike rises from the depths to chase your fly and strikes right next to the boat, it's an experience you'll remember for a long time. On this guided fly fishing trip, we head to the best pike waters in the Tammisaari archipelago to target aggressive predator fish with eye-catching flies. The trip offers the perfect combination of active fishing, stunning archipelago scenery and the chance to encounter the pike of a lifetime. Designed for fly anglers A modern Finval fishing boat provides an excellent setting for fly fishing for two. Spacious, carpet-surfaced casting platforms at the bow and stern make for comfortable and safe fishing throughout the day. With a Garmin bow-mounted electric motor and a TALON shallow-water anchor, the boat can be positioned precisely at the best casting angles. When needed, the boat is held sideways to the wind, so long and effortless casts downwind work perfectly. This lets you focus on what matters – the next strike. Who is the trip for? Previous fly fishing experience is recommended but not essential. The guide will help with technique, the use of equipment and effective fishing methods when needed. The trip is especially suited to anglers who want to develop their fly fishing skills, target big pike, or experience one of Finland's most spectacular forms of predator fishing.
